Teaching styles

Teaching styles are options to let the public know how you plan on delivering your lesson objectives. Students that select your style makes focusing on lesson objectives easier.

Authority

A lecturer or one-way session. Expect students to take notes.

Delegator

Hands on approach. Practice and learn by doing activities.

Facilitator

Promote self-learning and critical thinking leading to self-actualization.

Demonstrator

A mix of Authority and Delegator. Show example then apply lesson through activities.

Hybrid

This is a blended style that suits the independent interest of the student. Live classes can offer this dynamic environment.

Situational

For live classes. Instructors can check multiple teaching styles and apply them when the situation requires.

It is important that the student and teacher remain focus on the lesson objective. After the lesson is complete, a review can be conducted offering suggestions. Instructors can easily refine their lessons by editing and applying tweaks.
